RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 business days of receiving the item.

Please contact us at info@dutchessbridlesaddle.com with your return request. A Returns & Exchanges Form will be emailed to you. Complete and include the form with the item. A Return Services label will be emailed to use for shipping the return.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping charges for using the Return Services label will be subtracted from any forthcoming refund. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. DBS may decline a return if the item is damaged or dirty, shows excessive use or mis-use, or is otherwise not in a condition to be resold or unacceptable for return.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 15 days of receipt of the returned item.

Consignment items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
EXCHANGES

All of the RETURNS policy listed above also pertains to EXCHANGES.

When an item is exchanged for a different item that is not the same price, the difference will either be refunded or charged using the original payment method.
INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an incorrect item in your order or the package is heavily damaged, please notify us right away.

Please contact us immediately if a package is received badly damaged. Please take photos of the damaged package BEFORE unpacking it. Once the external package damage is documented, please open the package and inspect the item inside for any damage. Please document any damage to the item as well. We will need this information when we contact the shipper with a claim.

The returned item must be: cleaned and the same condition the item was received in, the original packaging and tags, original sales receipt and Return Form.
