All saddles are carefully packed in a double walled cardboard box and lined with packing material. We use UPS to ship all items.

Saddles are insured for CURRENT REPLACEMENT value. All items are insured no matter the value. The insurance value is is based on current used saddle/item prices found online or current retail prices.

We prefer to mail smaller items by Priority Mail so there is a tracking number.

All new retail items and consignment tack is included in the $100 free shipping. Consignment saddles and new saddles are excluded from this offer.

Please contact us immediately if a package is received badly damaged. Please take photos of the damaged package BEFORE unpacking it. Once the external package damage is documented, please open the package and inspect the item inside for any damage. Please document any damage to the item as well. We will need this information when we contact the shipper with a claim.

Yes - this will depend on your location. If you are located within 1 to 2 days shipping distance, this service may not be available. The cost for this service is the responsibility of the person requesting the service.

Yes - we will need to be provided with the account number, shipping address or a shipping label you issue us. This only pertains to repair and saddle fitting clients - we will not ship web orders using a customer's account.
