SADDLE TRIAL POLICY

  • All trials start with the Tryon option found on all consignment saddle listings. This option will securely capture and store credit card information without charging it. It also tracks the timing of the trial period.
  • The trial officially starts the day the saddle is received.
  • Shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the potential buyer. For your convenience, a Return Service label will be included with the saddle. If the saddle needs to be returned to us, you will be charged the same amount as the initial shipping cost to you. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
  • If you need to meet with a trainer, fitter, or other professional that can’t make it within the trial period, we can usually accommodate an extension. If you would like to request an extension, please make sure to contact us before the last day of the trial.
  • New saddles are not eligible for trials.
