The brand-new Maxtra Extreme shimmable wool half pad features a 100% wool base on a synthetic backing. The synthetic backing is both longer lasting and easier to care for than traditional sheepskin. Maxtra's Extreme pad also features a layer of quality cotton quilting and is topped off with non-slip faux-suede-covered MAXTRA foam to help keep the saddle in place. We like this pad because it is well constructed and easy to care for while still using real wool! The shims can be custom cut to fit the individual shape of your horse. Shim material sold separately.
