A virtual fitting evaluation cannot be as accurate or thorough as a hands-on evaluation. The conclusion offered will be solely based on visual observations and is not a guaranteed fit. Recommendations will be in the form of adjustments to the saddle, pad/girth/shimming options, or alternate saddles/sizes. Like an in-person fitting service, virtual saddle fitting is non-refundable.

Here’s how it works:

1. Select your level of service and pay using the store checkout.
2. A wither tracing kit (included in every package level) will be mailed to the address provided in your order.
3. Using our photo guidelines, take the photos you’ll need for your evaluation and email to: [email protected] or text to: 862-417-8789. Please include your name and that you are sending these photos for a Virtual Saddle Fitting.
4. When you receive the wither tracing kit, please follow the instructions to complete the tracings and mail to: Dutchess Bridle & Saddle, 412b US Highway 206S, Montague NJ 07827.

Kate Wilson, SMS QSF, will review the information sent and put together an email with conformational observations and fitting and/or new saddle recommendations. Please allow a few days for this response as Kate travels for in-person fittings several days a week. If more clarification is needed based on the package level purchased, a video chat can be set up.
