Saddle Fitting Consultation

When it comes to saddle fitting, there’s no replacement for hands-on, on-site experience. However, we know it isn’t always possible to meet with a qualified fitter in person. If you’re looking to buy a new or consignment saddle, we’ll do our best to assess the fit for you and your horse. We’ll need wither tracings and clear photographs of your horse standing on a level surface: a profile of both sides, taken from the girth, and a view from behind that shows the angles of your horse’s back. Wither Tracings

We use wither tracings for several common repairs like tree width adjustments. Follow these instructions to take accurate tracings we can use to help fit your saddle.
